主旨：轉知內政部移民署「第 5 屆新住民及其子女築夢計畫報名簡章」，惠請協助宣導並鼓勵踴躍報名參與，請查照。
說明：
一、依據內政部移民署 107 年 9 月 28 日移署移字第 1070118744 號函辦理。
二、為持續協助新住民及其子女完成夢想，同時將其對社會參與的熱情及對家庭用心的付出與貢獻，透過影片拍攝與各界分享，增加大眾對新住民及其子女的瞭解與認識，提升民眾多元文化素養知能，並以生動活潑的方式，讓民眾感受政府照顧輔導新住民之用心，爰辦理旨揭計畫。
三、本案報名期間即日起至本(107)年 10 月 31 日(星期三)止，報名網址為https://goo.gl/z4hhWs，請協助轉知並鼓勵符合資格之新住民家庭依限完成線上報名作業，並將報名表及計畫書寄至內政部移民署移民事務組「第 5 屆新住民及其子女築夢計畫活動小組」收，地址： 10066 臺北市廣州街 15 號 5 樓。
