說明：
一、依據財團法人國際單親兒童文教基金會 107 年 8 月 15 日單親兒 107 字第 045 號函辦理。
二、該基金會於 1995 年由創辦人黃越綏女士獨資捐助成立，以服務弱勢單親家庭為宗旨，透過各類活動方案、專業講座課程等給予單親家庭正確的知識及拓展人際的機會，更藉由專業的個案服務及諮詢，給予心理輔導及社福補助申請等業務的協助與支援，協助單親家庭走出困境。
三、本計劃之目的乃藉由單親清寒獎學金之頒發及徵文繪畫攝影比賽之辦理，鼓勵單親子女們能勤奮向學，並給予正向肯定並建立信心。
四、檢附旨揭獎助學金及徵文、繪畫、攝影比賽辦法暨相關書表各 1 份，亦可至該基金會網站(網址： http://www.spef.org.tw/)最新消息處下載。
