  • 演習訂於 107 年 6 月 5 日（星期二）下午 1 時 30 分至 2 時實施，並廣為宣導及配合辦理。
  • 旨揭演習南部地區（臺南市、高雄市、屏東縣）並同時利用「災害訊息廣播平台」發送簡訊通知防空警報，籲請民眾支持配合，演習期間應注意下列事項：

(一)全民防空演練，在不影響民眾上下班(學)與主要作息狀況下，演習地區內各公、民營工廠、公司照常營運作業，惟須關閉門窗及實施人員管制。(台灣電力公司不實施斷電措施)

(二)全民防空演習警報發放後，人、車一律按規定接受警察及民防人員指(誘)導，行防空疏散避難，並誘導民眾確實進入防空避難處所，居家者應緊閉門窗及實施燈火管制，交通管制作為如下：

1.高鐵及台鐵各班次列車正常行駛、下車旅客及接送親友應立即依憲、警、民防人員引導，實施疏散避難。

2.捷運各班次列車正常行駛(地下段由捷運局自行管制)，下車旅客立即接受憲、警、民防人員引導，實施疏散避難。

3.演習地區內高速公路依「准下不准上」原則，於各交流道實施管制；行駛於高速公路車輛不予管制，下交流道車輛，立即引導疏散及避難。

4.國內各機場、港口停泊之機、船均照常起降、靠離與行駛，惟下機旅客及接送親友立即接受憲、警、民防人員引導實施疏散避難。

  • 演習期間若不配合憲、警管制及勸導無效者，將依民防法第 25條規定罰處新臺幣三萬元以上十五萬元以下之罰鍰。
  • 演習中，如遇真實空襲狀況，演習立即停止，另按現行作業規定再行發放緊急警報。
