說明：
一、依據教育部 107 年 3 月 1 日臺教資(六)字第 1070027646 號函辦理。
二、小黑蚊防治策略摘要如下：
(一)個人防護：
１、衣著保護：穿著長袖、長褲及鞋襪。
２、行為保護：避開樹蔭下、走廊、涼亭、騎樓等為主要吸血場所。
３、忌避劑/防蚊液保護：適量噴灑或塗抹防蚊液於易受小黑蚊叮咬部位。
４、居家保護/辦公室保護：裝設大於 55 網目以上的紗網才可以有效杜絕小黑蚊進入，一般的紗網無法阻止小黑蚊通過。
(二)環境管理：
１、植被覆蓋環境管理方式，日照充足的區域選用蔓花生與蟛蜞菊等向陽性草種；遮蔭處則可選種玉龍等耐陰性草種。
２、將盆栽易生青苔處覆蓋景觀砂、碎石等資材。
３、周圍水溝與藻類滋生環境實施除藻。
４、裸露地表利用植栽、碎石、細砂、木塊等進行披覆，或定期翻動土表。
５、改善裸露排水口，將水流直接引入水溝。
６、牆面以高壓水柱清洗或刮除後，施以漂白水或彩繪。
７、加裝織有殺蟲劑的防蟲紗網。
(三)化學防治：
１、為對付小黑蚊最迅速、有效的防治方法。
２、施用時可分為幼蟲防治及成蟲防治兩方面，建議以 3-4 次施藥為一個防治期程，每次施藥的間隔約為 1-2 個星期，施藥時應該成蟲與幼蟲同時防治才會發揮最佳的防治效果。
