行政院為擴大旅遊多樣性，自 106 年 3 月 1 日起將旅行業、旅宿業、觀光遊樂業及交通運輸業 4 個行業別之合格消費均納入國民旅遊卡觀光旅遊額度補助範圍。 106 年 1 月至 2 月已先刷卡消費旅宿業、觀光遊樂業及交通運輸業及旅行業之非觀光旅遊商品，仍依原規定併入自行運用額度。

休假天數補助費額度運用方式
106 年 1-2 月 106 年 3 月 1 日起
7 日以下者全額自行運用不限行業別
逾 7 日者觀光旅遊額度
8,000 元僅限用旅行業，觀光旅遊產品。旅行業、旅宿業、觀光遊樂業或交通運輸業，不限商品別。
自行運用額度
超過 8,000 元部分不限行業別
註 1. 取消旅行、旅宿、觀光遊樂業等 3 行業加倍補助之規定。
註 2.交通費用包括交通運輸業及加油站。
註 3. 休假期間前後一日之交通費得核實併入自行運用額度補助。
註 4. 休假期間及其相連之假日，於旅行業、旅宿業、觀光遊樂業刷卡消費者，其與該休假期間相連之假日於各國民旅遊卡特約商店刷卡之消費，得核實併入自行運用額度補助。註 3. 休假期間前後一日之交通費用，交通運輸業併入觀光旅遊額度、加油站併入自行運用額度補助。
註 4. 休假期間及其相連之假日，於旅行業、旅宿業、觀光遊樂業刷卡消費者，其與該休假期間相連之假日於旅行業、旅宿業、觀光遊樂業或交通運輸業國民旅遊卡特約商店刷卡之消費，核實併入觀光旅遊額度，其餘各行別消費併入自行運用額度補助。
