主旨：有關辦理軍職年資查證應注意事項，請依說明項辦理，請  查照。
說明：
一、依據本府人事處案陳銓敘部 103 年 7 月 9 日部退三字第 1033859840 號書函辦理。
二、國防部為期軍職年資併計公務人員退休年資查證作業更臻迅速明確，該部業研訂「軍職年資及軍校基礎教育年資折算役期表」，並轉請各司令部(指揮部)配合辦理年資查註作業。另國防部重申：服務機關於函送年資查註案時，應檢齊退伍令及軍校畢業證書等證件，以利縮短查註作業時程；至於當事人如認為查註結果與事實不符或未臻明確者，得檢附有關證件，向原查註單位申請複查。
三、檢附銓敘部原書函及附件影本各 1 份。
