主旨：檢送考試院民國 105 年 3 月 28 日修正發布之現職公務人員調任辦法修正條文、總說明及條文對照表各 1 份，請查照。
說明：
一、依據本府人事處案陳銓敘部 105 年 4 月 7 日部法三字第 1054086810 號函辦理，並檢附原函影本 1 份。
二、旨揭調任辦法第 5 條第 3 款及第 6 條第 4 款有關以學分認定職系專長，業增訂須最近 10 年所修習學分始得採計之規定，該學分採計年限事項，自 106 年 2 月 1 日施行；於同年 1 月 31 日前以學分認定職系專長並據以調任者，其所修習學分之採計則不受上開 10 年之年限限制。又依旨揭調任辦法第 10 條規定，自本年 3 月 30 日起依職組暨職系名稱一覽表備註欄規定調任及依該辦法認定職系專長取得現任職務之職系專長人員，於任該職組職系職務滿 1 年後，始得再調任視為同一職組之其他職組職系職務。
