主旨：為配合資訊開放需求及強化使用者登入安全性，國民旅遊卡檢核系統部分功能修正如說明，並訂於本（ 105 ）年 4 月 14 日（星期四）正式上線，請查照。
說明：
一、依據本府人事處案陳行政院人事行政總處 105 年 3 月 15 日總處培字第 1050035450 號函辦理。
二、行政院人事行政總處為配合國家發展委員會（以下簡稱國發會）政府資訊開放平臺需求，落實政府資訊與個人資料保護法及遵循國發會就現行個人身分證字號隱碼之規範，並為強化國民旅遊卡檢核系統各相關人員登入安全性，委託財團法人聯合信用卡處理中心修正系統部分功能如下：
(一)國民旅遊卡檢核系統涉及國民身分證統一編號之登載者，自本年 3 月 2 日起由隱碼身分證編號中間 5 碼，改為隱碼身分證編號後 4 碼。
(二)自本年 4 月 14 日起，國民旅遊卡檢核系統所有使用者類別之密碼須依下列條件設定：(1) 長度須符合 12-16 碼。(2) 90 天內未變更密碼須強制變更密碼。(3) 密碼不可與前 4 次相同。(4) 密碼規則須符合英文大寫、英文小寫、特殊符號、數字四項規則（至少須包含 1 碼）。
三、另有關國民旅遊卡特約商店資訊，國民旅遊卡使用者可透過國發會政府資訊開放平臺「國旅卡商家名冊」頁面下載（網址： http://data.gov.tw/node/12982 ）。
四、國民旅遊卡檢核系統使用上如有疑義，請洽詢財團法人聯合信用卡處理中心（電話： 02-27151754 ）。
