主旨：檢送教育部 103 年 6 月 13 日有關「學校教職員退休條例」第 4 條之 1 第 1 項規定解釋令 1 份，請 查照。
說明：
一、依教育部 103 年 6 月 13 日臺教人(四)字第 1030079234C 號函辦理。
二、本案係解釋教師或校長依學校教職員退休條例第 3 條申請退休，因特殊原因而未及於 2 月 1 日或 8 月 1 日退休生效者。所稱「特殊原因」係指「家庭突遭變故」、「本人重大急症無法工作」或「因系、所、科、組、課程調整或學校減班、停辦、解散，致無足夠授課時數或無授課事實者，而未及於 2 月 1 日或 8 月 1 日退休生效」，並經服務學校證明不影響教學。
