主旨：公務人員保障暨培訓委員會函以，公務人員考試錄取受訓人員一般團體保險自民國 105 年 2 月 1 日起至 107 年 1 月 31 日止，改由旺旺友聯產物保險股份有限公司（以下簡稱旺旺友聯產險公司）承保，請查照並配合辦理。
說明：
一、依公務人員保障暨培訓委員會(以下簡稱保訓會)105 年 1 月 30 日公訓字第 1050001365 號函辦理，並檢附原函及附件供參。
二、保訓會為因應並執行訓練辦法第 27 條規定，委託臺灣銀行採購部辦理前揭一般團體保險共同供應契約案，經決標予旺旺友聯產險公司，並已簽署契約竣事，可供各用人機關（構）學校，有效期間自 105 年 2 月 1 日起至 107 年 1 月 31 日止。契約相關資料已公布於行政院公共工程委員會之「政府電子採購網」（網址為： http ：//web.pcc.gov.tw ）。自 105 年 2 月 1 日起至 107 年 1 月 31 日止，請各機關學校於考試錄取人員報到後，即依規定為考試錄取人員辦理一般團體保險加保作業。
三、一般團體保險相關資訊重點如下：
(一)給付項目：「死亡」及「殘廢」等 2 項。
(二)最高給付額度上限及費率：依考試錄取人員考試等級及是否參加國民年金保險分定之，給付額度上限及費率一覽表如附件 1 。
(三)保險費：依考試錄取人員投保條件及投保期間計算保險費，每人保險費一覽表如附件 2 。
(四)作業流程：
１、投保：各機關學校應於考試錄取人員報到之日，即為其辦理投保並告知保險權利相關事項，填具被保險人名冊表經審核無誤後，以電子郵件（ A_H24@wwunion.com ）或傳真（ 02-2741-5403 ）旺旺友聯產險公司辦理（正本毋須再寄送）。該公司收受文件 15 個工作日後，寄送投保證明文件及收據正本至投保機關學校，屆時再將保費匯入旺旺友聯產險公司指定帳戶。
２、退保：依訓練辦法規定停止訓練或廢止受訓資格者，請填具退保批改申請書，並提供匯款帳戶影本，以電子郵件或傳真旺旺友聯產險公司辦理。該公司收受文件後，將退費至退保機關學校指定帳戶。
(五)又考試錄取受訓人員訓練期滿後，一般團體保險即自動終止，無須辦理退保。
