主旨：貴屬公教人員子女就讀本市國中小學，如已支領本府發給之「國民教育階段身心障礙學生教育代金」，自 104 學年度第 1 學期起仍得依規定請領子女教育補助，請查照。
說明：
一、依據行政院人事行政總處 104 年 12 月 1 日總處給字第 10400533951 號函及本府教育局 104 年 12 月 14 日南市教人(二)字第 1041214267 號函辦理，檢附原函影本 1 份。
二、原行政院人事行政局 92 年 3 月 20 日局給字第 0920006986 號函釋以惟有關公教員工身心障礙子女已領取「國民教育階段身心障礙在家教育學生教育補助費」（即旨揭所述教育代金），因高於子女教育補助標準之獎助，不合再發給子女教育補助。惟有關教育代金性質自 104 學年度第 1 學期起，由地方政府自行認定，如該筆獎（補）助學金係與教育及助學相關，則不得再請領子女教育補助；如非屬與教育及助學相關之獎（補）助學金，仍得依規定請領子女教育補助，先予敘明。
三、案經本府教育局 104 年 12 月 14 日南市教人（二）字第 1041214267 號函查明，本府教育代金之發放目的係協助國民教育階段重度身心障礙之適齡國民完成國民教育，其性質非屬就學費用(學雜費)減免，亦非屬獎助學金，爰如支領本府發給之教育代金，仍得依規定請領子女教育補助。
