一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署 104 年 9 月 22 日臺教國署國字第 1040101639 號函辦理。
二、文化部獲報，有學校教師因教學需要掃描圖書內容置於網路供學生閱覽，因涉及原著轉載、傳播授權事宜，請務必對教師及學生加強宣導著作權保護觀念，避免產生侵權之情事。
