主旨：賑災基金會助學金申請自 104 年 9 月 10 日起至 10 月 10 日止

說明：

一、申請資格為國內重大天然災害災區低收入弱勢受災家庭，就讀大專校院、高中職（五專前三年）、國中小之在學子女，且未享有公費待遇及未領軍公教子女教育補助費，確有就學困難者。
二、前揭辦法所稱重大天然災害，係指申請日期起算前 3 年內災害發生時，中央或直轄市、縣（市）、鄉（鎮、市）業經成立災害應變中心為認定基準，同一學期內同一受災事實或連續發生受災事實以申請一個學期助學金補助為限。

三、旨揭申請辦法及申請表單可至該會網站(網址： http://www.rel.org.tw/)首頁→章程法規→業務法規→財團法人賑災基金會「助學金」申請辦法下載使用，
或至教育部「圓夢助學網」（網址: https://helpdreams.moe.edu.tw ）上網瀏覽。
