主旨：轉知國立臺灣師範大學辦理「104 年度客語能力中級暨中高級認證」，請貴校協助轉知並鼓勵所屬師生踴躍報名，請查照。
說明：
一、依據國立臺灣師範大學 104 年 5 月 29 日師大進字第 1041012688 號函辦理。
二、客家委員會委託國立臺灣師範大學辦理之旨揭認證，訂於 104 年 11 月 22 日(星期日)舉行。報名期間自 104 年 5 月 25 日(星期一)起至 8 月 3 日(星期一)止。
三、請各校協助公告認證相關網址：http://abst.sce.ntnu.edu.tw/hi_hakka104/，及海報圖檔（如附件一）。
四、為鼓勵各校師生踴躍參與，客家委員會推出多項獎勵措施，內容如下：
(一)國民小學以上學生（不含在職專班學生）通過中級認證者，核發獎學金新臺幣 5,000 元整；通過中高級認證者，核發獎學金新臺幣 10,000 元整。
(二)19 歲以下者【民國 85 年 11 月 22 日(含)以後出生】報名免收報名費，僅需繳納資料處理費。
(三)學校申請團體報名並通過認證者，可獲「好學文創品」獎勵。
(四)輔導學生通過認證合格比例達獎勵標準之國民中小學相關人員另訂有獎勵措施。
(五)輔導學員通過認證合格比例達獎勵標準之客語薪傳師，核發獎勵金新臺幣 5,000 元、新臺幣 8,000 元或新臺幣 10,000 元整。
