 有一天，學校來了一位特別的客人，他是賴老師!老師接受學校的邀請，來到宅港國小教導我們使用「土礱」碾米。土礱什麼呢?它跟石磨很像，兩樣都是台灣早期碾米的工具，現在的碾米場都使用電動碾米機，早已看不到土礱和石磨了。     賴老師很年輕，他為自己所做的工作命名為「從泥土到嘴唇」，因為他曾種過稻子；為了做土礱還向老師傅拜師學藝；還帶著機器巡迴到學校爆米花給小朋友吃，所以他有三種身分「稻農、土礱師、爆米花師」剛好是稻米從泥土到嘴唇的過程。     當賴老師將重達百公斤以上的土礱裝好後，他要我們雙腳站穩，一腳前一腳後，雙... 觀看完整文章
